PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To constitute a device at compact size and at low cost while maintaining predetermined lock performance. SOLUTION: A lock lever 26 is turnably arranged around a first support shaft 34 and its abutment part 26b is moved in a longitudinal direction of a vehicle where it is crossed to a movement route of a shift lever at an approximately right angle. However, since a lock position of the lock lever 26 is specified by a guide plate 74 for specifying the movement route of the shift lever 12, ununiformness of an abutment position with the abutment part 26 of the shift lever 12 and the lock member 26 at shift lock is reduced regardless of an assembling error of the guide plate 74 and the lock lever 26 or the like can be constituted to a small and compact size while maintaining the predetermined lock performance.
