RADIO BASE STATION DEVICE, USER TERMINAL, AND RADIO COMMUNICATION METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent throughput of a macro base station from deteriorating substantially while effectively improving reception quality of a pico base station.

SOLUTION: A radio base station device comprises: a beam generation part 35 generating a directional beam for a macro UE by using antenna weight based on a beam pattern allocated to the macro UE in a macro cell having a first coverage area in a macro base station M-BS; and a coordination part 36 determining a beam pattern so that the beam pattern for the macro UE in the macro cell is the beam pattern whose interference power for a pico UE in a pico cell is suppressed, when the beam pattern for the macro UE in the macro cell is allocated to a transmission section allocated to a pico base station P-BS locally forming the pico cell in the macro cell.
