The invention relates to the branch of metal forming, namely to the bending of sheet material at production of pipes and other cylindrical shells, and it is intended for use in three-roller sheet bending machine. In a sheet bending machine, which includes a bed and supporting shafts and a pressure shaft installed on it, a device for creating the bending effort, a device for creating the counter-bending effort of pressure shaft, a drive of rotation of shafts and a system of automatic check and control, the latter is made in the form of not less than three combined sensors of vertical and horizontal displacement secured on the bed between supporting shafts and which interact with the billet under pressure shaft. The extension of manufacturing capability of sheet bending machine is achieved due to the equipment of the system of automatic check and control of instruments and determination of the position of their arrangement, which provides for receiving the data, which give objective information about changes of the parameters of billet. |
