PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a container lifting and lowering device capable of automatically detecting whether or not a container is unloaded without lateral displacement at the time of delivery of the container.SOLUTION: A container lifting and lowering device comprises load presence sensors 47a and 47b which are arranged close to respective holding jigs 21b of two pairs of container holding means 20A and 20B. Each load presence sensor has: a detection bar material 51 which is positioned next to a pin 25 of the holding jig 21b and can be moved in front-back and lateral directions; and a detector 55 which detects that the detection bar material is restored to a protruded position by energizing force of a spring. The container lifting and lowering device determines abnormality in a position of an unloaded container C through comparative operation between a distance of backward movement or time required for the same of the holding jig 21b from when the holding jig 21 starts backward movement after the uploading of the container C until when the detector 55 detects that the detection bar material 51 is restored to the protruded position and normal values of the distance of the backward movement or the time required for the same of the holding jig 21b at the time of preset unloading operation of a container which is normally executed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9 |
