PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve operability of a user during voice recording.SOLUTION: A voice recording device 1 includes a recording unit 10 for recording a voice. A reception unit 102 receives a specified retrospection time. An information addition unit 105 adds additional information at a position going back for the retrospection time from a reference time in the voice recorded by the recording unit 10 in response to prescribed operation by a user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
