According to the present invention, therapeutic agents for glomerulosclerosis containing 1 alpha ,3 beta -dihydroxy-20a-(3-hydroxy-3-methylbutyloxy)-9,10-seco-5,7,10 (19)-pregnatriene as an active ingredient are provided. |
