PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grinding fluid nozzle, a positioning method therefor and a grinding method for a fine slit that can prevent an inclination of a machined fine slit. SOLUTION: A side end face of a block nozzle body 1 has a first reference surface 3 parallel to a central axis (a) of a grinding fluid spray opening 2, and a central portion of the nozzle body 1 has a second reference surface 5 including the central axis (a) and parallel to the first reference surface 3. With the use of the reference surfaces, the central axis (a) of the grinding fluid spray opening 2 is adjusted parallel to a grinding wheel 20, and the central axis (a) of the grinding fluid spray opening 2 is next set flush with the grinding wheel.
