PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a split-type cowl panel facilitating positioning between members, and having good work efficiency in assembling. SOLUTION: The split type cowl panel 1 is provided at a windshield front end portion of a vehicle, and has a first member 10 and a second member 20 split in a vehicular width direction. The split cowl panel 1 comprises fore-and-aft direction guide portions 15a, 15b, 24a, 24b guiding the second member 20 in a vehicular fore-and-aft direction to the first member 10, and vertical direction movement controlling portions 16a, 16b, 25a, 25b controlling the movement in the vehicular vertical direction of the second member 20 to the first member 10, and permitting the movement in the fore-and-aft direction of the second member 20 to the first member 10.
