A safety device of a steam cleaner is provided to prevent damage of a boiler member and a pump member by discharging fluid to the outside if the pressure of the fluid over predetermined set pressure. A safety device of a steam cleaner comprises a conduit member(16), a middle member, and an operation unit(30). The conduit member transfers fluid of a water tank(10) to a boiler member(14) through a pump member(12). The middle member is connected with the conduit member, wherein an inner passage is formed to flow the fluid. The operation unit is mounted at the middle member and being operated when pressure of the fluid is over predetermined set pressure to discharge fluid to the outside.
