ELECTRICALLY CONDUCTIVE COMPOSITION BASED ON POLYAMIDE MATRIX

Composition comprises a continuous phase of polyamide comprising at least a novolac resin and electrically conductive fillers (IIa) and a dispersed phase of a polymer (I) immiscible with polyamide, in the continuous phase, where the dispersed phase comprises electrically conductive fillers (IIb). Independent claims are included for: (1) the preparation of the composition comprising mixing a polyamide composition with a composition based on (I) comprising electrically conductive filler (IIb), and adding the other constituents of the composition at any time i.e. before, during or after mixing; and (2) an article painted by an electrostatic deposition process of painting using the composition.
