PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide the seal structure of a material discharging device, capable of sealing a part between an outer hopper and a cone valve by one member. SOLUTION: This material discharging device includes: the approximately conical inverted trapezoidal outer hopper 1 coupled to the lower portion of a container H; the cylindrical cone valve 2 coupled to lifting means S vertically movable in the outer hopper 1; and a sealing member 3 provided to a joint part where the outer hopper 1 and cone valve 2 approach or separates. The sealing member 3 includes a flanged elastic piece 4 projecting toward the inner wall surface 11 of the outer hopper 1 around the lower end of the overhung piece 21 overhung obliquely downward of the cone valve 2. The end of the elastic piece 4 projects at an acutely abutting angleθto the inner wall surface 11 of the outer hopper 1. The elastic piece is slid while being brought in contact with the inner wall surface 11 of the outer hopper 1 in association with the movement of the cone valve 2 while maintaining the acutely abutting angleθ.
