PURPOSE: A portable apparatus for treating highly pathogenic waste is provided to continuously treat plenty of waste and to prevent the generation of pollutants such as dioxins during treating processes. CONSTITUTION: A portable apparatus for treating highly pathogenic waste includes a portable heat insulating chamber(100), a freezing part, a pulverizing part, a drying part, and a separating part. A portable member(10) is arranged at the external side of the portable heat insulating chamber. The freezing part rapidly freezes wastes based on liquefied nitrogen. The pulverizing part pulverizes the rapidly frozen waste into pieces. The drying part dries the pulverized pieces. The separating part centrifuges the dried waste and air.
