PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily check a basis of a mail approval.SOLUTION: A mail processing unit 40 stores a mail transmitted from a client 20 and requiring an approval in an approval DB 33; transmits to the client 20 of an approver, data of an approval screen including a button to start transmission/reception of information with a user's terminal relating to the mail and a content of the mail; when detecting that the button in the approval screen is depressed by the approver, starts the transmission/reception of the information between the client 20 of the approver and the user's terminal relating to the mail, and stores the transmitted/received information in a chat DB 35, with the transmitted/received information associated with the mail. |
