PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance effect of washing, dewatering and drying of pallets while preventing enlargement of a device. SOLUTION: This washing device is provided with a washing part 3 spraying washing liquid to the pallet P transferred in order by a first conveyer 10, a first dewatering part 4 jetting air, a drying part 5 jetting hot air, and a drive motor 9 reciprocating the pallet in each part in the transfer direction. Thus, washing liquid and air can be evenly jetted over the whole of the pallet P without lengthening the transferring distance necessary for each treatment. COPYRIGHT: (C)2006,JPO&NCIPI
