摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily detect an increase of image defects relating to a radiation image processor. SOLUTION: Image data is generated based on output signals from a plurality of two-dimensionally arranged radiation detecting elements, and image defects are detected by a defect detecting part 50. Defect information indicating the positions of image defects and the number of defects is stored in a defect information storage region 44a. A CPU 41 compares the number of defects based on the defect information newly generated by the defect detecting part 50, with the preset number of defects and the number of defects based on the defect information stored in the defect information storage region 44a, and outputs an alarm from an alarm output part 51 when discriminating that the number of defects based on the newly generated defects information is large. When displaying defect positions on a display device 56, the increased defect positions are displayed in a marked state.
