PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a liquid transferring apparatus which can suppress the temperature variation of a liquid in the liquid flow passage and stably transfer the liquid. SOLUTION: This ink transferring head 1 is equipped with a head main body 10, a transfer electrode 21, an insulating layer 23, and a heating element 25. In this case, for the head main body 10, an ink flow passage 11 is formed. The transfer electrode 21 is arranged on the internal surface of the ink flow passage 11. The insulating layer 23 is arranged in a manner to cover the transfer electrode 21 on the internal surface of the ink flow passage 11 and keeps the wetting angle on the surface changed in response to the electric potential of the transfer electrode 21.
