<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cosmetic and a skin preparation for external use blended with a poly-γ-L-glutamic acid and/or its salt and an antiaging agent, without having stickiness and excellent in refreshing feeling. Ž<P>SOLUTION: This cosmetic composition without having the stickiness and excellent in the refreshing feeling contains the poly-γ-L-glutamic acid and/or its salt and the antiaging agent, while maintaining the effect of the antiaging agent. The antiaging agent may be an anti-inflammatory agent and/or an antioxidant. Further, the cosmetic composition may contain a humectant, an ultraviolet light absorbent and/or an anti-bacterial agent.
