PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine where a player can excellently acquire lotteries.SOLUTION: A retardation device 300 causes a period from an entrance of a ball P1 to a detection port 312d till an entrance of a ball P2 to the detection port 312d to become longer, and thereby an entrance of the ball P2 to the detection port 312d is prevented when in a state where the stored number stored in information storage means is at an upper limit. Therefore, even if the number that can be stored in the storage means reaches the upper limit due to a ball entrance of the ball P1 to the detection port 312d, it becomes possible to form vacancy in the number that can be stored by the time the ball P2 enters the detection port 312d.
