PURPOSE: An authorization and data protection method for mobile telecommunication is provided to assure the stability and security to perform encoding and decoding. CONSTITUTION: First, an ID number of a terminal formed of a plaintext is transmitted from a mobile station(12) to a base station(14). Then, the mobile station encodes data into an encoding algorithm to transmit the encoded algorithm to the base station. Next, the data encoded by the mobile station is decoded into a decoding algorithm by the base station. Finally, the mobile station determines whether the data transmitted from the mobile station and the decoded data are agreed, thereby determining whether a user is authorized or not. It is characterized in that the data transmitted from the mobile station are the ID number of a terminal, the telephone numbers of transmitter/receiver and other data.
