<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation method of lead wire in which a lead wire that has been inserted into a lead wire groove of core material of electric motor of compressor for refrigerator, freezing chamber, or the like can be pulled out smoothly, without being caught and which is superior in workability, as well as, the lead wire can be separated simply and surely from the core material, and which is superior in recycling capability that achieves the best and effective use of precious resources. <P>SOLUTION: A separation method of lead wire for pulling out a lead wire 1 embedded into a lead wire groove 13 formed in a core material 11 of an electric motor from the core material 11, has a step of cutting one of a pair of coils 15, 16 wound around both end faces of core material 11, substantially parallel to one end face of core material 11; a step of piercing a piercing member 20 into a coil 16 on the other end face of the core material 11 in a skewer fashion; and a step of pulling out comprising press moving a predetermined portion of the piercing member 20 from one end face side of the core material 11 or pulling it from the other end face of the core material 11, and pulling out the lead wire 14 from the lead wire groove 13. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
