The present inertial cone crusher, intended for crushing materials, consists of a housing with an outer cone and, disposed therein, an inner cone, the drive shaft of which has disposed thereon, via a slide bushing, an eccentric, which is connected by a disc transmission coupling to a single dynamic slide assembly that is connected to a gear wheel and to a motor, the inertial cone crusher being characterized by the presence of an improved sealing system intended to isolate the inner working region, filled with oil mist, from the finished product discharge region. The sealing system includes an elastic sealing collar and a system for fastening same to the inner cone and to an annular support of the inner cone. The collar has several design variants. The sealing system forms a complete barrier against the intrusion of solid particles, while allowing the inner cone to perform a rotating and rocking movement; it also makes it possible to reduce losses related to wear on the moving parts of the machine, and to reduce maintenance costs. |
