<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a power use quantity inspection during stoppage and automatic allocation system, which when power is used during stoppage of supply of electricity grasps actual conditions of the electric power usage, concludes a contract, as needed, and controllably performs a series of work till the collection of electricity fee. <P>SOLUTION: This system comprises a power use quantity inspection during stoppage and automatic allocation system 10, which takes in table data of users and the like with the use quantity during stoppage from a computer of a central computer processing center during stoppage, and performs automatic allocation of inspection targets, contracts and automatic creation of inspection data. The system has an electronic form server 14, which automatically receives/holds the table data via a network 17; and a computer of a contract center 15, which automatically determines necessity in contract, necessity in inspection, pending, etc. and performs processes regarding the contract and the inspection, based on the automatic determination results. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2007,JPO&INPIT</p> |
