PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet member pasting device and an image forming device, capable of easily and certainly forming a high-gloss and high-texture image by suppressing formation of bubbles between sheet members. SOLUTION: A gas spraying means 110 spraying gas such as air toward an obliquely intersecting part 103 is provided between the first sheet member 100 and the second sheet member 91. The gas is sprayed from the gas spraying means 110 toward the obliquely intersecting part 103 (see arrow C), thereby the obliquely intersecting part 103 is extended to increase a pasting angleθ. Adjustment of the pasting angleθby the gas spraying means 110 is optimized by controlling a position where the gas spraying means 110 is arranged and the flow rate and flow speed of the gas to be sprayed.
