PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bed management device capable of improving utilization rate of a bed owned by facilities.SOLUTION: A bed management device 100 includes: a registration section 102 for recording information containing an entrance date to and a discharge date from facilities of each user as management information; a determination section 103 for deriving use state of beds owned by the facilities on the basis of management information stored in management information DB101 to determine the number of empty beds; and a discrimination section 104 for discriminating whether a user can be accepted or not in accordance with the determined number of empty beds. The determination section 103 determines the number of empty beds so that one bed is used when the discharge date from the facilities of one user is the entrance date to the facilities of another user.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
