PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To penetratingly drive even large-diameter and long-sized piles with relatively small torque and to drive large-diameter piles and piles to be deeply driven using a normal construction machine in a method of penetratingly driving foundation piles or the like without vibration, noise and discharge earth, with high efficiency at a low cost. SOLUTION: A hollow pile 1 such as a steel pipe pile, a concrete pile or a composite pile generally used as a pile, and a rotatory-penetrating body 2 serving as an advancing short-sized pile body mounted to cover the tip of the hollow pile 1, are used. The hollow pile 1 and rotatory-penetrating body 2 are fitted to an auger machine, and the rotatory-penetrating body 2 precedes to rotatory-penetrate into the ground by a rotating rod 3 of the auger machine, and the succeeding hollow pipe 1 is penetratingly driven being led by the rotatory-penetrating body 2. The pile can be driven with small torque since rotatory penetration into the ground is performed only by the rotary-penetrating body 2.
