PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inhibit to get on a car g on a car stop projected from a tread so as to prevent an occurrence of abnormal failure by providing an attention marker for inhibiting to get on the car stop. SOLUTION: When a second gear is rotated by a car stop driving motor and a car stop driving chain, a first gear is rotated to move a car stop member 3 so that the car stop member 3 is projected on a stead 2A. On the contrary, when the second gear is rotated in the opposite sidrection by the car stop driving motor and the car stop driving chain, the car stop member 3 is moved so that the car stop member 3 is sunk in the tread 2A. With the car stop member 3 projected from the tread 2A, an attention marker 4 applied to the car stop member 3 appears. Accordingly, the attention marker 4 can be easily seen by the handicapper person and his attendant. The handicapper person and his attendant can take care not to get on the car stop member 3 by watching the attention marker 4.
