PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a belt producing apparatus which prevents steel cords constituting a belt core body from being damaged and a guide device delivering the steel cords from being damaged. SOLUTION: In the belt producing apparatus having the guide device which arranges numbers of the steel cords S pulled out from a creel 1 and passes them between combs 9 and 10 made of numbers of rods 101 and delivers them toward the side of a vulcanization press 17, the rod 101 is constituted of a rotor 102 rotating toward the advance direction of the steel cords S.
