PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spiral fish pass structure which can be produced in a short construction period, has sufficient rigidity and earthquake resistance in a finished state thereof, and has improved safety. SOLUTION: A structure in which a fish pass spirally continues like spiral stairs, is constructed by spirally piling a plurality of sector fish pass blocks 10 with sector central holes thereof as a center. In this structure, sheath pipes 26 are provided, which are buried in the peripheral wall of each fish pass block and arranged in a manner spirally communicating with each other when the fish pass blocks are assembled. A PC steel wire is inserted into the sheath pipes 26 and both ends thereof are clamped, to thereby tightly wind the periphery of the structure.
