PURPOSE: A protein complex prepared by combining polymer anion with protein is provided which can be used as a dopant of a good conductive polymer. CONSTITUTION: In synthesizing a conductive polymer and a protein complex, a protein complex is prepared by combining a polymer anion and protein using polyethyleneglycol mono acrylate having a molecular weight of 1,02000-10,000 as a binding factor. For an example, 50g purified polyethyleneglycol mono acrylate, 5.56g triethylamine, 4.9g diethylaminopyridine are dissolved in 450 ml dioxane, and reacted for 24 hr at room temperature under atmospheric pressure to give carboxyl group substituted polyethyleneglycol mono acrylate. 2-Acrylamido-2-methylpropansulfonic acid and carboxyl group substituted polyethyleneglycol mono acrylate are dissolved in dimethylsulfoxide in a ratio of 98:2, stirred for 1 hr under vacuum, polymerized with 0.3 mole 2,2'-azobisisobutylonitrile or benzoylperoxide at 60-70°C for 24 hr under atmospheric pressure to give a copolymer of 2-acrylamido-2-methylpropanesulfonyl acid and carboxyl group substituted polyethyleneglycol mono acrylate.
