摘要 The present invention provides a floor polishing method using an environmentally friendly material, comprising the steps of: mixing yellow soil and mortar in a weight ratio of 5 to 2; manufacturing a floor-polishing composition by inputting 6 wt% of blast furnace slag as an admixture for preventing cracks in the mixture of yellow soil and mortar and 14 wt% of limestone as a filler for filling the pores of the yellow soil; coating the floor of a building with the floor-polishing composition; applying 10 wt% of small pebbles onto the floor-polishing composition; leveling the small pebbles; curing the floor-polishing composition; and polishing the floor if the floor-polishing composition is cured. Accordingly, cracks on a floor after a floor-polishing operation can be prevented by mixing floor mortar with yellow soil to use yellow soil, which is an environmentally friendly material, as a floor-polishing composition, inputting an admixture that expands in the same degree as the yellow soil contracts to prevent cracks from being generated by the contraction of the yellow soil; and inputting a filler capable of filling the pores of the yellow soil. Also, various patterns can be formed on a floor as the floor-polishing composition is coated with small pebbles and is polished, and the floor-polishing composition without cracks can bear the small pebbles in a more stable and sturdy state, thereby preventing the small pebbles from separating from the floor-polishing composition during a polishing operation.
