Disclosed is an antibiotic water dispersion composition including zinc pyrithion, wherein the antibiotic water dispersion composition contains one or more assisting preservatives selected from the group consisting of zinc pyrithion, thiamine dilauryl sulfate, salts, and glyceryl monoalkylether as an active ingredient. The antibiotic water dispersion composition has excellent dispersion stability, and may exhibit a wide antibiotic spectrum with respect to bacteria and fungi.
