The present invention provides a wet scrubbing device which includes: a body including an inlet, through which gas flows, a storage space, storing liquid inside, and an outlet discharging the gas flowing into the upper part; an atomizing module including a nozzle part, taking the gas from the inlet and of which cross-sectional area is gradually tapered to increase a flow speed of the gas, and a collision unit placed in the upper part of the outlet to atomize the gas in the liquid by making a collision with the gas sprayed from the nozzle part; a moving guide unit increasing a flow and retention time for the gas in the liquid; and an eliminator module including multiple eliminator parts installed in an upper body of the atomizing module and staying away from each other to be opposite to the flow of the gas to collect and remove mist from the surface. Therefore, the present invention is capable of improving the efficiency of mist collection, and increasing the efficiency of gas-liquid contact by increasing the flow and retention time by inducing the circulation of gasified and liquefied fluids.
