摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the image quality of a tomogram by decreasing the effects of flow images of a highly absorbent body on slice surfaces other than the slice surface on which the highly absorbent body is brought into focus.SOLUTION: The control unit 91 of a console 90 extracts regions of a radiation highly absorbent body from a projection image captured by a radiographic apparatus 1 to perform simple back projection of a projection image made only of highly absorbent body regions, and calculates the reliability of the existence of the highly absorbent body on each slice surface on the basis of the obtained tomogram. The control unit then performs back projection of the projection image made only of highly absorbent body regions and multiplies each slice surface of the obtained tomogram made only of highly absorbent body regions by a weighting coefficient according to the reliability. The control unit then interpolates the pixels of the highly absorbent body regions of the projection image captured by the radiographic apparatus 1 and performs back projection of a projection image after interpolation. The control unit then combines the tomogram made only of highly absorbent body regions after the correction and the back projection image of the projection image after the correction to generate a tomogram of the subject.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14
