<p>The system has a processing unit transmitting identification data (PR-PR) to an identification server (SERV-ID) and obtaining complementary identification data relative to the identification data. The unit acquires biometric and identification parameters of a user, allows compliance audit of the parameters and transmits representative data (SE-PR) of the parameters to an enrolment server (SERV-ENROL) via a communication network (RC). The enrolment server has an exchanging unit to exchange the representative data with a chip of a secure card (CV2) and transmit the representative data. The biometric parameter is a digital image of the user. The identification parameter is a digital image of a national identity card of the user. The identification data is univocal data relative to social security number of the user. The complementary identification data is univocal data relative to civil status of the user. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for an enrolment method.</p> |
