PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently remove water from an object to be subjected to water removal, such as soil and sludge, containing a large amount of water.SOLUTION: A water removal device comprises a flexible container 20 made of a net material, a waterproof flexible container 30 accommodating the flexible container 20, a wet and dry dual-use vacuum pump 40, and a pipe 41 for the vacuum pump which is inserted into the flexible container 30 and extends in and out of the flexible container 30. An object to be subjected to water removal, such as mud, containing a large amount of water is accommodated in the flexible container 20, and the flexible container 20 is put into the flexible container 30, and then internal water is sucked out by the vacuum pump. In a water removal system, a flexible container 112 opening downward is used, an opening/closing machine 12 is provided which openably/closably closes a lower part of the flexible container 112, muddy water is pumped up from a fire protection water tank 2 and poured into the flexible container 112 from an inflow port 114 of a composite package 11 in a state where the lower part is closed by the opening/closing machine 12, and water in the mud is sucked out from a suck-out port 115.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
