<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To properly set brightness during electrical conduction according to usage or place or to plan and execute a design taking into consideration the surrounding scenery. <P>SOLUTION: In a lighting device, a usual light source L1 lighting up during electrical conduction of the commercial power supply AC and an emergency light source L2 lighting up during power failure are lighted and controlled, and the lighting device includes: a luminaire 1 for holding the usual light source L1; and a power supply device 2 which is a separate body from the luminaire 1, holds the emergency light source L2, and is attached to a structure A. The power supply device 2 includes: a storage battery 20 which is charged during electrical conduction of the commercial power supply AC and supplies power to the emergency light source L2 during power failure; a case 21 for incorporating the storage battery 20; a socket 22 which is housed in the case 21 and holds the emergency light source L2; and a charging device 24 which is housed in the case 21, supplies the commercial power supply AC to the luminaire 1 during electrical conduction and charges the storage battery 20, and which is switched so that power is supplied from the storage battery 20 to the emergency light source L2 during power failure. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
