The present invention relates to a plated steel sheet coated with a composite resin for an environmentally friendly automobile fuel tank panel wherein a heterogeneous metal-plated steel sheet is coated with a composite resin to provide excellent corrosion resistance and core weldability. According to the present invention, the plated steel sheet coated with a composite resin comprises: a steel sheet; a first plating layer which is formed on the steel sheet and comprises one or more metals or alloys selected among Al, Co, Mg, Mn, and Sn; a second plating layer which is formed on the first plating layer and comprises zinc or a zinc alloy; a primer coating layer formed on the second plating layer and composed of a cured material or a dried material of a primer coating composition comprising an inorganic compound; and a top coating layer formed on the primer coating layer and composed of a cured material or a dried material of a top coating composition comprising a urethane-based polymer resin, a hardener, and an anticorrosion additive. |
