PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent false oscillation by allowing setting of an appropriate oscillation condition according to an environment in which a sensor is used, and obtain an oscillation state as stable as possible.SOLUTION: The sensor includes: a crystal resonator 2 having a sensing region with a detection target attached; a package 3 containing the crystal resonator 2 so that the sensing region is exposed; and an IC chip 4 oscillating the crystal resonator 2 and forming a voltage-controlling oscillation circuit controlling the oscillation frequency of the crystal resonator 2 based on a control voltage input to a control voltage input terminal 26, the IC chip 4 being contained in the package 3.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
