<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen generating apparatus and a fuel cell system capable of appropriately coping with a composition change of a raw material compared to the conventional one, and to provide a method for operating the hydrogen generating apparatus. <P>SOLUTION: A control parameter is set which is at least one of a target value of an amount of a raw material to be supplied to a reformer, a target value of an amount of water to be supplied to the reformer, and a target value of an amount of combustion air to be supplied to a combustor, wherein the target values are introduced from a target value of a hydrogen generation amount, while setting the amount of the raw material to be supplied to the reformer to be constant, setting either one of the amount of the water to be supplied to the reformer and the amount of the combustion air to be supplied to the combustor to be constant, and according to the other amount to be supplied when the other amount to be supplied is controlled so that a temperature of the reformer becomes to be a predetermined temperature. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
