摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a laminate for all-solid battery in which an active material layer and a solid electrolyte layer exhibit excellent adhesion, by preventing occurrence of a local portion of an active material in the solid electrolyte layer. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of a laminate for all-solid battery includes a first structure layer formation step for forming any one of an active material layer and a solid electrolyte layer as a first structure layer, and a second structure layer formation step for forming the other layer of an active material layer and a solid electrolyte layer as a second structure layer on the first structure layer. In the second structure layer formation step, slurry for the second structure layer containing a particulate active material or inorganic solid electrolyte material, and a solvent is prepared, and sprayed onto the first structure layer in dry state by using a spray method thus forming the second structure layer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT
