摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a polymer electrolyte membrane capable of assuring adhesion of a polymer electrolyte membrane and an electrode interface, and assuring proton conductivity of the polymer electrolyte membrane, as well as a polymer electrolyte membrane made by using above. <P>SOLUTION: An electrode catalyst layer 1 is formed by arranging a gas diffusion layer 2 on a base material 3 with a ferromagnetic body and a feeble magnetic body formed in a pattern shape, and directly applying catalyst ink on the gas diffusion layer 2. The above process is carried out in a magnetic field having a magnetic flux density distribution, ruggednesses are provided on a catalyst ink surface by magnetic power, by which, adhesion stability of the electrode catalyst layer 1 and a polymer electrode membrane is improved. Preferably, at least one type of substance containing a different magnetic susceptibility from the solvent of the catalyst ink is dissolved into the ink to improve magnetic interaction. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT
