<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for epoxidizing a polymer having a conjugated diene. <P>SOLUTION: The method for producing an epoxidized polymer includes: (1) a step of preparing a polymer solution containing a polymer having a conjugated diene; (2) a step of mixing a catalyst solution containing a transition metal ion selected from the group consisting of titanium (Ti), manganese (Mn), vanadium (V), molybdenum (Mo), tungsten (W) and a combination thereof, and a ligand bonded with the transition metal ion, with the polymer solution; and (3) a step of dissolving an epoxidizing agent which is meta-chloroperbenzoic acid or its derivative in a mixed liquid of the catalyst solution and the polymer solution to epoxydize the double bond of the conjugated diene to thereby form an epoxydized polymer. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT |
