PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a three-dimensional(3D) model processor capable of executing moving processing of an operating point along the surface of a 3D model with simple operation. SOLUTION: A surface point based on a reference point corresponding to a tool is generated on the surface of the 3D model and further, corresponding to the movement of the tool, the surface point generated on the surface of the 3D model is moved along the 3D model surface. The surface point is generated on the basis of the intersection of the reference point and the model surface and further updating processing of the surface point is performed by setting the surface point to the intersection of a line connecting a point moved from the 3D model surface in a normal direction and the reference point and the 3D model. Thus, the surface point set on the 3D model surface on a display is exactly moved along the model surface and processing such as painting or deforming to the model surface can be easily executed.
