<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a green juice food free from grassy smell and bitter taste, having good smell, facilitating the intake, abundantly containing useful nutrients and functional ingredients and excellent in palatability. <P>SOLUTION: This green juice food free from grassy smell and bitter taste, facilitating intake and excellent in palatability is provided by using the leaf and/or stem part of sugar beet as a raw material.
