<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a production apparatus of a cement clinker, capable of suppressing the formation of hexavalent chromium, reducing the emission amount of carbon dioxide, etc., and ensuring the desired cement strength. <P>SOLUTION: The production apparatus is equipped with the following: a heating tunnel oven 1 wherein a burning region 3 for a cement raw material and a cooling region 4 for cooling a cement clinker are continuously formed in series from a supply part 1a of a cement material at one end part to a discharge part 1b of the other end part; a first oxygen concentration adjusting means 6 for supplying a non-reducible gas and/or a combustible fluid to the inside; a second oxygen concentration adjusting means 7 for supplying oxygen or air to the inside; a concentration measuring means 5 for detecting oxygen concentration in the inside; and a control means which brings the first oxygen concentration adjusting means 6 into action when the oxygen concentration measured with the concentration measuring means 5 is higher than 5 vol.% and which brings the second oxygen concentration adjusting means 7 into action when the oxygen concentration is lower than 0.5 vol.%. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT</p> |
