Disclosed is a positively and reversely rotatable pump turbine, comprising a housing (2) and a rotator (3), wherein the housing (2) comprises two end plates (1) of the same shape and a shell used for connecting the two end plates (1), each end plate (1) comprises a larger semicircular plate and a smaller semicircular plate which have the same axis but have different radius, the larger semicircular plate and the smaller semicircular plate are connected as one piece in a diametric direction, the shell comprises a first annular plate (23) and a second annular plate (24), a first water inlet and outlet (21) and a second water inlet and outlet (22) are respectively provided on the first annular plate (23); and the rotator comprises a rotating shaft (31), a rotating wheel (32) and at least two vanes (33, 34), a working passage is formed between the rotating wheel (32) and the second annular plate (24), a return passage is formed between the rotating wheel and the first annular plate (23), geometric dimensions of the vanes (33, 34) match the geometric dimension of the working passage, and a first water blocking device (4), a second water blocking device (7) and a drive device for driving the first water blocking device (4) and the second water blocking device (7) to be alternatively opened and closed are provided in the return channel of the housing (2). The rotator can realize positive and reverse rotations, and has a high working efficiency. |
