<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mobile phone and a vibration unit that are easier to use. <P>SOLUTION: A part of a cartilage conduction vibration section is supported on the inside of a frame in the vicinity of a corner of the frame, and another part is allowed to vibrate freely. The cartilage conduction vibration section is supported by one or some of the inside of a top face, the inside of a side face, and the inside of a front face of the frame in the vicinity of the corner. The cartilage conduction vibration section having an electric terminal is supported so that a vicinity of the electric terminal vibrates freely. The cartilage conduction vibration section is supported so that its main vibration direction is perpendicular or inclined to the top face, the side face, or the front face of the frame. A circuit having a cartilage conduction vibration section circuit arranged in the vicinity of the electric terminal is supported inside the frame as a vibration unit integrating the circuit and the cartilage conduction vibration section. The vibration unit is supported on the electric terminal side.
