<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the conventional problem that a user viewing an image has inconvenience such as too much irritation, eye strain, etc. <P>SOLUTION: An image output device comprises: an input image acquisition part for acquiring an input image; a target attribute value acquisition part for acquiring one or more target attributing values showing an attribute value targeted by a subject included in the input image; an attribute value acquisition part for acquiring one or more attribute values of the subject included in an output image consisting of using the input image; a difference information acquisition part for acquiring one or more pieces of difference information showing a difference between one or more target attribute values acquired by the target attribute value acquisition part and one or more attribute values acquired by the attribute value acquisition part; and an image output part for, when the information does not meet a predetermined condition, changing an output mode of the output image consisting of using the input image, and outputting the output image.
