PURPOSE: A contents continuous viewing service method and a device using the same are provided to efficiently share contents among devices. CONSTITUTION: An image conversion module(1130) converts the original contents to 2D contents if the original contents are 3D contents and a first device is a 2D device. A transmission module(1120) transmits the converted 2D contents to the first device. A reception module(1110) receives a contents request message including continuous viewing information from a second device. The continuous viewing information includes time information showing a continuous viewing time point and device information of the second device. The transmission module provides the original contents to the second device according to the performance of the second device from the continuous viewing time point.
