<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide medical staples that can smoothly be supplied when they are loaded in a magazine, and a magazine that can stably supply these medical staples if they are used. <P>SOLUTION: The staple A has a body 1 and a pair of legs 2, 3 formed at both its ends, and one of these legs 3 is twisted off the plane of the body 1 and the other leg 2. The magazine B has a staple body guide 11 equal to or slightly smaller in size than the length of the body 1 of the staple A, a suspended part 12 smaller in size than the staple legs 2, 3 and hanging down from both the ends of the staple body guide 11, and a leg guide 13 formed on the lower end of the suspended part 12 to guide the leg staple legs 2, 3.
